Christopher Mohr, PT, DPT, OCS | Director of Clinical Operations | Hi, my name is Christopher Mohr and I am the co-owner and Director of Clinical Operations with The Summit Physical Therapy. A Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, I hold both a master's degree and a doctorate degree in physical therapy and am currently involved in the development of The Summit Physical Therapy Residency Program. A fitness enthusiast, I believe taking an active role in your health is the one of the greatest approaches to prevention and healing. I absolutely love the field of physical therapy and enjoy the opportunity to work in an environment that fulfills a vision of healing and serving our community and each other. Married to the love of my life and the father of six amazing children, faith and family serve as the staples of my life.
Peter Erickson, PT, DPT | VP of Administration | Hi my name is Peter. I am incredibly curious and truly enjoy learning from every person I meet. I've worked in hospitals, outpatient PT, rehab facilities, and pediatric facilities with patients ranging from 5 days old to 105 years old. I am trained as a Doctor of Physical Therapy with my initial training from CSUFresno and a Doctoral Degree from the University of Saint Augustine. During my 25 years as a physical therapist, I have completed seasons of intensive work with amputees, balance patients, ankle and foot injuries, overhead athletes, stroke patients, post-op joint replacements, and professional pitchers. THE SUMMIT is an incredible blessing to me. I enjoy working with this gifted team and look forward to learning from them every day. The teamwork and joy in serving together has been an inspiration to me. I've been married to Kristin for 30 years. We have 4 daughters and 5 grandchildren. My greatest joy is watching our grandkids care for one another and play together with kind hearts. I enjoy hiking, cycling, snowboarding, and sailing. I love exploring the Sierras and prayer walks early in the morning. I would love to see each team member succeed in this life beyond their wildest dreams.
Fabiola Castellanos | Administrative Director | Hi my name is Fabiola Castellanos, I'm the Administrative Director here at THE SUMMIT PT. I attended Reedley College and graduated with my AS degree in Business Management. After college, I also got certified as a Tax Preparer Manager and work for many years under my certification. Working here at THE SUMMIT PT has been such a blessing! I love our team!! We are a team that solves problems, comes up with ideas, share, and grow together!! A place where peace is delivered every day!! Fun Fact about me is I like to do nails. I'm married to my high school sweetheart and we have 3 beautiful children who I adore!!
Sady Vasquez | Marketing Coordinator/ Personal Trainer | Hi there! my name is Sady Vasquez, and I'm a personal trainer and marketing coordinator here at The Summit. I love working here because I get a ton of creative freedom, I help people stay healthy and fit, and most importantly I get to work with amazingly talented people. Be sure to come in for one of my group fitness classes- I'm sure you won't be disappointed! And a fun fact? I LOVE watching Korean dramas!

Marty Leesch, PT, DPT | Physical Therapist | Hi, my name is Marty. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I went to the University of St. Augustine out of San Marcos, CA. I received my Bachelors degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, GA. I love working at The Summit because of the excellent staff and the local patients. I was a professional Ballet dancer while attending collage in Savannah. I still perform Ballet at the Selma Dancing School to stay in shape and to mentor youngsters. I am also an avid Snowboarded during the winters.
Rene Rodriguez, PTA | Lead Physical Therapy Assistant | Hi, my name is Rene Rodriguez, I am a Physical Therapist Assistant with a Bachelors in Exercises Science from Fresno State. I love working at THE SUMMIT because it's perspective on Health coincides with my passion for recreational weight lifting and sports rehab. My specialty is in sports rehab focusing on biomechanics involved in Olympic Weightlifting as well as strength and conditioning. When I am not at The Summit, I enjoy spending time with my wife and playing with my 2 kids as well as going out for frozen yogurt.
Laura Espinoza | Front Desk Coordinator | Hi my name is Laura Espinoza I am the front desk coordinator here at THE SUMMIT. I graduated high school back in 09' and attended cosmetology school right after. I love my job here at the Summit because its a welcoming and peaceful environment. Working here has taught me so much of my capability to be a better person. A fun fact about me is I am a fast learner. I have been married for 11 years and known my spouse for 14 years we have 2 children 1 girl and 1 boy.
Miriam Frias | Instructor | My name is Miriam, and I’m an instructor here at THE SUMMIT Physical Therapy. I have a bachelor’s in social science. I love my job because I get to meet new people everyday and work with them to get better and back on their feet. Some fun facts about me is that I love dancing, working out, and trying new things to eat.
Bernardo Zurita | Lead Trainer | Hi my name is Bernardo Zurita and I am a lead trainer here at THE SUMMIT. I graduated from a voccational school. I love helping people get back the life they deserve. I love working here at THE SUMMIT because we love to help in a family type of environment.

Christian Sanders | Lead Physical Therapist | Hi, my name is Christian Sanders and I am a physical therapist at The Summit. I graduated from California Baptist University with my BS in exercise science and then attended Briar Cliff University where I completed my DPT and graduated in 2021. Briar Cliff is located in Sioux City, Iowa. I chose to work at The Summit because of the amazing culture and environment the team has created that felt different from any other traditional PT office. Everyone on the team has a growth mindset and are all unified by goals centered around the patient's experience. This clearly stood out to me the second I walked into The Summit and I immediately knew I wanted to be apart of this incredible team. I grew up in Bakersfield, California and attended Garces Memorial High School where I graduated in 2013. I then went to Fresno State and played on their men's golf team before transferring to CBU. I met my wife, Laura Scrivner, while at Fresno State who was on the women's golf team. We were married on June 10, 2017 and she joined me in moving to Iowa. She received her BS in Nursing while at Briar Cliff as well. We were then blessed with our first daughter, Kate, in 2021 and now have another daughter on the way. God has been so good to our family and has blessed us in many ways.
Jennifer Oregon | Physical Therapy Assistant | Hello my name is Jennifer Oregon and I am a Physical therapy Assistant. I graduated from the PTA program at The Institute of Technology in 2022. I love my job because it gives me the opportunity to help others, spread positivity, and meet new people everyday! A fun fact about me is I love playing volleyball, hiking, and listening to podcasts.
Jackie Perez | Billing Coordinator | Hello, my name is Jackie Perez and I am the biller here at The Summit. I graduated from San Joaquin Valley College in Medical/Legal Transcriptionist. I have worked in Physical Therapy for 9 1/2 years. I love working for The Summit because it is a great working environment with fun loving people that love what they do and strive to helping others. There is so much peace in the office and we work very well as a team. My favorite hobbies are crafting, painting, scrapbooking and I have my own business designing invitations and decorating for private events.
Gloria Sevilla | Instructor | Hi my name is Gloria Sevilla and I am an instructor. I received my associates degree for transfer from reedley college in kinesiology and I also received another associates for physical education. I am currently working on my bachelors at Fresno State for kinesiology. I like working at the summit because of the environment. It’s not like any other PT clinic, it is a very kind and welcoming environment. Some fun facts about me would be that I love to play soccer, I have four brothers, and I have a pet yorkie.
Jessica Magdaleno | Front Desk Coordinator | Hello my name is Jessica I am the front desk coordinator for the Fresno location. I love working here at the Summit, I get to meet new faces all the time and I enjoy getting to know our patients personally, it is a real joy to me. We have such a great team and the environment is so peaceful here at the Summit. A fun fact about me is I like to be creative and try new hobbies all the time.

Leah Turner, PTA | Physical Therapy Assistant | My name is Leah Turner and I am a PTA with 3 years experience. I attended COS and graduated class of 2020. I love working for The Summit because of it's promotion of health and wellness in body and spirit. I enjoy working outpatient PT because of the camaraderie and relationships built with staff and patients that only this setting can provide. Favorite past times are trips with family/friends, big ol' bonfires, and bougie dinners.
Rosa Duarte | Office Manager | Hi My name is Rosa and I am the Reedley Office Manager. I really enjoy working for the Summit because I meet different people. I consider myself a people person because I love to help and want to do all I can to help everyone. I have been in the Physical Therapy field going on 23 yrs in November and I really enjoy being involved with patient care. I love to give patients and coworkers a hard time but in a joking way to make them smile even when we are super busy to make it a nice and comfortable environment.
Araceli Cabera | Aide | Hi my name is Araceli Cabrera and I am an aide. I have been an aide for 9 years. I am currently take my prerequisite classes for the PTA program at COS. I am hoping to apply to the program next year. I like my job because I enjoy helping others. Also, I like to interact with the patients that I help. They make my job fun and enjoyable. Some things about me are I like to go to the gym. I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends. I like going to baseball games, catching movie and simply going out to eat.
